After playing the antagonist in Dhoom 3, Aamir Khan is all set to play a baddie yet again. If reports are to be believed then Aamir will play a negative role in the sequel to Rajinikanth's blockbuster hit Robot. Reportedly, Robot 2 will star Rajini in the lead role and the makers are planning to take it on floors early next year. Sources claim that Aamir has been approached to play the antagonist in the movie and preliminary talks to sign him are on. Directed by Shankar, the first installment of the film starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead role. Shankar initially wanted to cast Shah Rukh Khan as the male lead in the 2010 release, however the deal didn't work out due to creative differences. The director then approached Aamir, who also turned it down and finally Rajinikanth was roped in.
