Kick is a high action drama, that has Tom Cruise-style action and fight sequences. The teaser poster shows a red-face mask that points towards a super-heroic tale. The film is directed and produced by Sajid Nadiwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and it features Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. Film cast also includes Randeep Hoda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The screenplay of the film is written by Nadiadwala and Chetan Bhagat. This is Nadiadwala's director debut. The year has been super successful for the filmmaker whose three production ventures have hit the jackpot. The three films —Highway, 2 States and Heropanti were super hits at the box office. Now, the producer turned director is in for more luck. "I've no time to sit back and enjoy any of the good things that are happening to my film. We are shooting and running to the monitor, said Nadiadwala. "My assistant directors and my team tells me that the response to the first look and the first song of Kick has been unprecedented.I can breathe a little easier now. I wish i had more time to enjoy what I am doing. But we have set an Eid Deadline for our film's release. And we will fulfill that" he said

The actor has sung a romantic duet with Shre a Ghoshal in Nadiadwala's Kick. The number, Hangover, has been composed by the trio, Meet Brothers Anjjan, who recently delivered the peppy hit, Baby Doll. The Film's song Jumme Ki Raat Featuring Salman and Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez, has gone viral since its release on YouTube. It's a peppy track, choreographed by Ahmed Khan. "The song is a treat for all Salman fans. It has been shot in an underground style on a lavish scale. We have tried to give it an edgy and grungy feel." Sajid Nadiadwala said. The dance number will force the audiences to move their feet. Singer Mika Singh and Palak Muchal have done a brilliant job, while Himesh Reshammiya's music is also rocking. Salman's brother, Arbaaz Khan, has already described Jumme Ki Raat Song as one of the best songs of Salman Khan. He further adds that Salman Khan's Kick will break all records at the box office.
