She told in an interview that she started sharing fitness tips with fans on social media websites. She said she also follow diet chart that is why she is fit. She said we should do morning exercise and breakfast for removing different kind of health disturbance. She also told about her health that she drink water in much quantity and sleep well and that is why her skin glowing.

My trainers play very bright role for my fitness I lose my weight according to the instruction of my trainers. She said that she work in a movie before three years but now she want to work as a produces that is why i am not working in the movies.
